The 2022 Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) Annual General Meeting (AGM) will take place at 12 p.m. on Saturday, October 15, 2022. Technical assembly meetings will run throughout the week from Tuesday, October 11, 2022, to Saturday, October 15, 2022.

The Registration Deadline for ALL Meetings was Thursday, September 22, 2022 by 4:00 p.m.

Online registration is required to attend the AGM and technical assembly meetings. Click the links below to view the agenda for each meeting.

The AGM package, final agendas, and other pertinent materials will be circulated to all registered members after the registration period closes.

  • Board of Directors Recruitment | Nomination Form | Submit Nominations/Applications by 4 p.m. on Thursday, September 15, 2022, to AGF's Board of Directors Vice-Chairperson at brdm2@abgym.ab.ca and support@abgym.ab.ca
  • AGM and Technical Assembly Meeting Registrations | Register online by 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 22, 2022
  • AGM Questions | Submit to the AGF office by 4:00 p.m. on Friday, September 30, 2022
