NCCP Special Olympics Community Coach Course
This 1 day Community Course is an interactive course designed for coaches whose primary interest is coaching at the community level. The purpose of the Special Olympics Canada Community Coach workshop is to provide the coach with an introduction to the knowledge, skills, abilities and attitudes needed when coaching athletes with an intellectual disability. The Workshop introduces fundamental motor skills and ethical decision making.
Pre-requisite: Participants must be 15 years of age.
Price: Members $42 | Non Members $52.50
Course takes place March 25, 2018 from 9 am - 5 pm at Dynamyx Gymnastics Centre (North Location).
Registration deadline: March 11, 2018
- Notification of withdrawal from course must be received by AGF no later than 5 business days prior to the start of the course.
- A $25.00 service fee will be applied to all refunds, withdrawals and transfers with the exception of those due to program cancellation or medical/illness. Medical note may be requested.
- Failure to send notification will result in forfeiture of the full course registration fees.
- Late registrations will not be accepted.
