AGF Staff and Board Update

AGF Staff Member, Cassie Crook’s last day will be on May 9
It is with regrets that the Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) announces the departure of Cassie Crook, AGF’s Technical Administration Assistant.
Cassie has been with the Federation since 2017 and will be returning to her home country of Australia.  Her last day with AGF will be Thursday, May 9, 2019.
Over the past two years, Cassie has provided invaluable services to the federation.  Her passion and dedication will be greatly missed. On behalf of AGF, we would like to wish her much success in all her future endeavours.
AGF will be seeking a replacement for Cassie’s position and welcomes applications from the community. Please keep an eye on AGF’s classifieds webpage as the position will be posted next week. 
Kim Shore to Step Down from the AGF Board on April 30
As some in the community may already be aware, Kim Shore, Director at Large on the AGF Board of Directors will be stepping down from the board effective April 30. Kim will continue to serve in a volunteer capacity as a Director on the Gymnastics Canada (GymCan) Board.
“Kim's contribution to the AGF Board of Directors has been invaluable. Her knowledge, dedication and leadership in Safe Sport initiatives has been a tremendous asset to AGF.  She has gone above and beyond the expectations of a volunteer. I am glad to know that she will continue to represent Alberta on the GymCan Board of Directors,” says Brady Spencer, AGF Board of Directors Chairperson.
On behalf of AGF, we would like to thank Kim for her contributions to the betterment of the sport and wish her the very best going forward.
