  • Where can I find more information about COVID-19 in Alberta?
    • Please check out the Safe Sport section of our website

 

  • Where can I find my AGF number? Am I a registered member?
    • You can contact your club's Administrator who will find your AGF number and status attached to their Uplifter account.
    • If you have a personal Uplifter account you can log in to find your number. After logging in click on your name --> My Account --> Individuals.
    • You can also reach out to our Manager of Membership & Finance, Craig Drebit, to determine your registration status or to find out your unique AGF Number.

 

  • What is my NCCP number?
    • These are generated automatically when you sign up on Coach.ca.  If you visit the website and log into The Locker, you will find your NCCP number.

 

  • If I move to a new club, do I have to pay the AGF and Insurance Fees again?
    • No, once you register as an AGF member for the season, your membership follows you wherever you go in the province of Alberta!
    • You are covered at any of our 74 member clubs until the season ends on June 30

 

  • Where are my club's responsibilities when it comes to the Restriction Exemption Program?
    • Please see here for a recap of the REP and Non-REP instructions
    • If you are at a club within the City of Calgary the club is operating under the Vaccine Passport Bylaw and must follow the restrictions of the REP, no matter what

 

  • Do coaches need to be vaccinated?
    • If you are under the REP - All individuals 18 years of age and older must provide proof of vaccination or negative test every 72 hour period, or medical exemption

  • Can my club accept rapid tests instead of checking QR codes for vaccine status?
    • Yes, providing that the rapid test is done on-site and is not brought from home.
    • The rapid test must be Health Canada approved.
    • The negative result is valid for 72 hours, after that a new on-site test must be administered.
