What is the AGF Congress?
Every other year, the Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) holds a three-day congress for our membership. The event provides an opportunity for new and seasoned coaches, administrators, officials and athletes to celebrate recent achievements, engage in knowledge sharing and take part in shaping the future of Alberta gymnastics. Experts from the gymnastics community, in Canada and abroad, are brought in to present their experiences, philosophies and best practices.
Revive your light: get inspired and reignite your passion for gymnastics by connecting with like-minded people who share a common interest in seeing our sport grow and evolve for the better, recreationally and competitively.
