T&T Team Excel Brings Home 10 Medals from Dallas Cup in Texas

Team Excel 7

Alberta’s Trampoline and Tumbling Team Excel athletes kicked off the 2019 competition season strong at the Dallas Cup in Texas this past weekend. All nine athletes made finals in at least one event and eight athletes medalled, bringing home a total of 10 medals (6 Gold, 3 Silver and 1 Bronze).

“There were quite a few different rules, and the athletes got very minimal warm-ups, so these results are truly fantastic,” says Eran Silberg, coach with the Calgary Gymnastics Centre. “Many athletes moved up in placing after finals.”

Congratulations to all the athletes on such a strong showing and a big thanks to manager Maureen Bell and coaches Eran Silberg and Kennedy Imler for accompanying the athletes and helping them achieve success.
