Job Overview: We are seeking a highly organized and detail-oriented Competitive Administrator to support the operations of our competitive gymnastics program. This part-time, evening based role plays a critical part in ensuring the smooth delivery of programming, athlete tracking, staff communication, and parent engagement. The ideal candidate is proactive, reliable, and comfortable balancing recurring tasks with new priorities as they arise.
Key Responsibilities:
-Administrative coordination (respond to emails, phone calls, in-person inquiries, maintain inhouse advertisements and competitive website)
-Monthly & seasonal duties (coordinate team apparel orders, monthly staff meeting agendas, monthly newsletter, POM meeting, social events)
-Data management (manage competitive program registration, apparel store and athlete evaluations in Uplifter)

Skills & Qualifications
-Previous experience in an administrative support role (experience in sport, education, or youth programming an asset)
-Exceptional organizational and time managements skills
-Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities
-Comfortable handling confidential information and sensitive situations
-Proficient in Google Workspace, and capable of learning internal systems (Uplifter)
-Familiarity with Uplifter is an asset; training can be provided
-Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and prioritize multiple ongoing tasks
-Evening availability is required; occasional weekend support may be needed
