We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Developmental Coach to join our Women’s Artistic Gymnastics team. This role focuses on gymnasts in CCP Levels 4-6 (equivalent to JO Levels 4-6), with responsibilities that include planning and delivering training sessions, fostering a positive team culture, and supporting our gymnasts’ growth and development.

Key Responsibilities
Coaching:
• Full responsibility for coaching gymnasts in CCP Levels 4-6 (Developmental/Competitive groups).
• Support our Mighty Mite/Developmental Program as needed.
Program Strategy:
• Collaborate in developing training schedules, programs, and competition strategies for CCP 4-6 athletes.
• Assist with in-program testing and (SDP) performance evaluations.
Knowledge Sharing:
• Attend and contribute to internal coaching clinics.
• Ensure alignment with technical programming as directed by the Technical Director, Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.

Education & Certifications:
• Post-secondary degree or diploma in a related field.
• Minimum NCCP Level 2 certification (or equivalent).
• Respect in Sport certification.
• Current First Aid/CPR certification.
• Clear Police Check (including Vulnerable Sector Check).
Experience:
• Proven experience coaching CCP Levels 4-6 (or JO equivalent) in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics.
• Strong technical knowledge, including progressions, skill development, and spotting techniques.
• Demonstrated success developing athletes aged 4-11 into competitive level gymnasts.
