The Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) is the provincial body responsible for the development of gymnastics within Alberta. Based in Calgary, AGF has 73 affiliated clubs and a membership of over 49,000 individuals. Position Summary:
Reporting to the Chief Executive Officer (CEO) and working with the Trampoline Gymnastics (TG) Technical Chairs, TG Technical Assembly (TTTA), TG Technical Committee (TTTC), and other staff, the TG Program Manager will oversee the administration and development of the Alberta TG program’s objectives.
Key Responsibilities:
Qualifications: The ideal candidate should have knowledge of Trampoline & Tumbling Gymnastics and possess excellent organizational and communication skills, both oral and written. Attention to detail, the ability to multi-task, and the capacity to work independently or as part of a team are essential. Additionally, proficiency in Outlook, Word, PowerPoint, and Excel is required, and knowledge of social media platforms is an asset. Familiarity with QuickBooks, Uplifter, and Sportzsoft is a plus. Coaching experience in any amateur sport and/or experience in the not-for-profit sector would also be beneficial.
