Join Our Team as a Women’s Artistic Competitive Coach!

Are you passionate about gymnastics and coaching? We’re looking for a dedicated WAG (Women’s Artistic Gymnastics) Coach to join our team at Aerials Gymnastics. With 43 years of operation and a 17,000 square foot facility located in Spruce Grove, Alberta, we’re committed to providing quality gymnastics programs to our community.

Position: WAG Coach
Hours: 6-16 hours per week
Certification: C1 Certified
Availability: Evenings and weekends
Start Date: July

SGA has been serving the Spruce Grove community for over four decades, fostering a love for gymnastics and promoting a healthy, active lifestyle. Our spacious facility provides an ideal environment for athletes to learn and grow under the guidance of experienced coaches.

Responsibilities:

• Plan and deliver engaging WAG training sessions for athletes of varying skill levels.
• Provide constructive feedback and encouragement to gymnasts to support their development.
• Collaborate with fellow coaches and staff to ensure a positive and safe training environment.
• Attend meetings and training sessions as required to maintain certification and enhance coaching skills.

Requirements:

• C1 certification in Women’s Artistic Gymnastics coaching.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Ability to work flexible hours, including evenings and weekends.
