Notice of Meeting – 2025 Annual General Meeting | September 4, 2025
As per Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) By-Law Article 6, subsection 6.4.1, notice is hereby given that the Business Meeting of the 2025 Annual General Meeting (AGM) of the Federation will be held:
📅 Saturday, October 18, 2025 🕐 1:00 p.m. 📍 WinSport Event Centre 151 Canada Olympic Road SW Calgary, AB, T3B 5R5
In addition, notice is hereby given of a call for comments on revisions that will be proposed to the bylaws of the Society at the 2025 AGM. All comments on such proposed amendments must be submitted to the AGF office no later than 4:00 p.m. on Thursday, September 18, 2025 to allow for circulation to the regular members by Monday, September 29, 2025. Please note that any proposed bylaw changes must include a written rationale.
For both the AGM and the Technical Assembly meetings, each member club must designate one (1) official voting representative. The designated voter must be identified and registered no later than Sunday, September 28, 2025, at 11:59 p.m.
Clubs that fail to register a designated voter by the stated deadline will not have a vote counted at either the AGM or the Technical Assembly meetings.
