About Ortona Gymnastics Club:
Ortona Gymnastics Club is committed to making gymnastics accessible and enjoyable for all participants. Our Field Trip Coaches provide a safe and engaging experience for school groups, camps, and other organizations visiting our facility.
Key Responsibilities: · Lead gymnastics sessions for visiting groups, ensuring a fun and structured experience. · Provide clear instructions and demonstrations tailored to participants of all ages and skill levels. · Supervise group activities and ensure a safe and positive environment. · Encourage participation and enthusiasm while maintaining safety protocols. · Assist with setting up and cleaning equipment before and after sessions.
Qualifications & Skills: · NCCP Gymnastics Foundations and trampoline Trained. · Experience working with children in a coaching, teaching, or camp environment is an asset. · Strong communication and leadership skills to engage with diverse groups. · Current Standard First Aid & CPR certification. · Valid Police Information Check (with Vulnerable Sector Check) or willingness to obtain. · Respect in Sport and Making Ethical Decisions certification (or willingness to complete).
Work Schedule & Compensation: · Flexible part-time hours based on bookings and availability. · $16.00 – $21.00 per hour, based on experience and qualifications.
