MAG Pre‑Competitive & Competitive Coach Part‑Time or Full‑Time Growth Opportunity Toward Management Gymtastics Gym Club is seeking a highly qualified Men’s Artistic Gymnastics (MAG) Coach to join our Pre‑Competitive and Competitive program. This role is available as part‑time or full‑time, with the potential to grow into a management position for the right candidate who demonstrates leadership, professionalism, and long‑term commitment. Required Qualifications NCCP Certification: Minimum C2 MAG Artistic Minimum C2 Trampoline Competitive Experience: Minimum 10 years competitive gymnastics experience (athlete and/or coach) Strong communication skills and ability to work collaboratively with coaching staff Commitment to athlete development, safety, and Gymtastics’ philosophy: Everyone is a Star Role Responsibilities Coach MAG pre‑competitive and competitive athletes Develop and implement structured training plans and progressions Support athletes through safe skill development and long‑term growth Contribute to a positive, disciplined, and motivating training environment Demonstrate leadership qualities suitable for future management advancement Why Gymtastics?
