We are seeking an enthusiastic and knowledgeable Women’s Artistic Gymnastics Coach to support our recreational, Interclub and Xcel competitive programs. This position is ideal for a coach who enjoys building strong technical foundations, creating positive athlete experiences, and contributing to a culture of excellence both in and out of the gym.

What You’ll Do: – Deliver engaging and progressive training sessions for athletes in recreational, Interclub and Xcel competitive programs based in a long term and efficient planning. – Support athlete development through effective coaching, goal setting, and constructive feedback – Create a safe, positive, and inclusive training environment – Collaborate with fellow coaches to ensure consistent programming and athlete progression – Office task like answer emails, phone calls and communicating with parents. – Competitions registrations for all Xcel and Interclub athletes – Schedule competitions and help organizing events – Assist with athlete evaluations, competition preparation, and season planning – Communicate professionally with athletes, families, and team members – Travel to competitions and provide support during events as required – Contribute to a culture of continuous learning and coaching excellence
What We’re Looking For: – NCCP WAG Competition 1 certification (Competition 2 considered an asset) – Current First Aid and CPR certification or willingness to obtain – Respect in Sport and Making Ethical Decisions certification – Experience coaching Women’s Artistic Gymnastics athletes – Strong communication and organizational skills – General Administrative knowledge and a minimum 1 year as coordinator (in xcel, interclub, preschool or recreational) – Ability to work independently while contributing positively to a team environment – Passion for helping athletes reach their potential at every stage of development
Additional Assets: – Experience coaching Xcel athletes – Competition 2 certification or higher – Experience in athlete performance planning and competition preparation – Knowledge of long-term athlete development principles – Experience in choreography, dance, trampoline, or related disciplines – Leadership or mentorship experience within a gymnastics environment
