Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coach Dynamyx Gymnastics Club is seeking an enthusiastic and dedicated Women’s Artistic Gymnastics (WAG) Coach to join our coaching team. We are looking for an individual who is passionate about athlete development, enjoys working with children and youth, and is committed to continuing their coaching education. Qualifications ● Minimum NCCP Competition Introduction C1 Trained certification ● Willingness to work toward and obtain full certification ● Strong communication and leadership skills ● Ability to create a positive, safe, and supportive training environment ● Reliable, motivated, and team-oriented ● Previous coaching experience is considered an asset Responsibilities ● Coach athletes in recreational and/or competitive WAG programs ● Plan and deliver safe, engaging, and progressive training sessions ● Support athlete development in accordance with club and Gymnastics Canada guidelines ● Communicate effectively with athletes, parents, and fellow coaches ● Assist with competitions, club events, and team activities as required ● Maintain a safe and positive environment for all participants What We Offer ● Competitive wages based on experience and certification ● Support for ongoing coach education and certification ● A positive and collaborative coaching environment ● Opportunities for growth within our program If you are passionate about gymnastics and helping athletes reach their potential, we would love to hear from you.
