Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) is committed to supporting clubs that are using Amilia up until December 20, 2021.

Alberta Gymnastics Federation Is Excited To Announce Our Partnership With Uplifter Inc.

Uplifter is a Canadian based company that provides registration and gymnastics management software to clubs and associations across Canada and the United States. Uplifter’s innovative software has earned trusted partnerships with Gymnastics BC, Gymnastics Ontario, Gymnastics Newfoundland and Labrador, and now Alberta Gymnastics Federation.

Here are a few of the features that Uplifter has to offer:

• Auto-renew fees – Set per class pricing and bundle it into one monthly fee. This your administrators won’t have to go in and adjust to the number of days in a month rather they system will know based on the number of classes being offered each month.
• Waiver and PIPA collection
• Family Accounts – Separated families can add their child into their account, so they don’t have to share accounts or create various accounts for the same child.
• Tickets Sales– sell drop-in pass either when members arrive or during checkout to pay for a drop-in class or Serialized tickets can be set to be a multi-pass. Sell tickets for events, meets and track redemption with a mobile device.
• Advanced Ledger Account Tracking – All financial transactions are recorded to the ledger at the time they occur.
• Virtual Report Cards– Coaches can easily complete the skill evaluations on a tablet or mobile phone and once the evaluation is published, members will see the participant’s progress on their Uplifter account.
• Volunteer Management Tool – Roles/Jobs, Scheduling, Buyout
• Website – Build custom pages to enhance the registration experience or create multiple registration pages. You can use this tool to power the club’s entire website to save domain hosting fees.
• Membership Sales – You can collect AGF membership fees and submit your membership via Uplifter to AGF.

Support

AGF’s Manager, Online Systems provides initial training and ongoing support for your club and users. This is in addition to a dedicated support system provided by Uplifter that has product experts available by email from 8 a.m. to 7 p.m. EST.
