2024-25 Club Renewal, Membership Fee Schedule, and Summer Hours | June 26, 2024

2024-2025 AGF Club Registration will open on Uplifter July 1, 2024 and is due no later than July 31, 2024. Clubs that were registered with Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) for the 2023-2024 season and remain in good standing can simply log onto their Uplifter account for renewal.

If your Club is not in good standing, i.e. all fees from the 2023-24 season are not paid in full by registration deadlines, then you will be required to re-apply using a new AGF Club Membership application.

The following club membership dues are available:

• General Annual Membership (includes Gymnastics For All [GFA]) – $300.00
• Developmental discipline – $100.00
• Each additional Competitive discipline – $ 125.00

To be considered fully registered, a club must:

1. Complete the online Club Membership Application on Uplifter
2. Remit payment

Prior to starting your registration, please click here for a step by step procedure and all of the information required to complete your submission.

Please note: Registration must be completed by July 31, 2024 even if your club does not submit members until later sessions. This ensures there is no lapse in insurance coverage for your Club. Clubs that have not renewed by August 1, 2024 are considered as cancelling their membership.

Should cancellation happen, a club would need to submit a new Club Membership application to be reviewed for acceptance through the AGF office.

Once your registration has been received and reviewed, AGF will send your main contact the following items:

• A summary of your registration package
• A Club Certificate
• A copy of your Club’s insurance certificate for the year

We are pleased to announce that our insurance broker, Arthur J. Gallagher, was able to work diligently with AGF and our insurance company, Game Day, to secure the same rate for our General Liability policy while lowering our deductible by half. In addition, they were able to negotiate a wonderful new package for our Sport Accident policy. Although this resulted in a slight increase in price, the new policy provides a much more robust plan, increased customer servicing, and a base rate that is more than double. Following the July 1^st date of policy activation and once the complete policy packages have been received, we will send out another communication with additional details.

Once Arthur J. Gallagher has sent AGF all new insurance procedures, you will be able visit the AGF Website for more information on the policy as well as a guide to submitting claims.

AGF Summer Hours  

For the months of July and August, the AGF office will be open Monday through Thursday 8:00 am – 4:00 pm and closed on Fridays.

In addition, we will be closed to observe statutory holidays:

• Monday, July 1^st for Canada Day
• Monday, August 5^th for Heritage Day
• Monday, September 5^th for Labour Day.
