We are excited to announce that AGF will be staffing the Deerfoot Inn & Casino during the weekend of August 24th and 25th, and we are looking for volunteers (18+) to help. This is an incredible opportunity for AGF and our clubs to work together to earn some money for our organizations!

All proceeds go towards supporting the delivery of gymnastics in Alberta through competitions, program resources, and athlete and coach development.

Please consider signing up for as many time slots as you can to make this a successful weekend for everyone! (Individuals may also work multiple shifts, but cannot change positions).

Where: Deerfoot Inn & Casino – 1000, 11500 – 35 Street SE Calgary, AB T2Z 3W4

Who is Eligible for fundraising? Anyone 18+ can sign up, however only not-for-profit member clubs are eligible for a share of the proceeds. For-profit clubs shares will go directly to AGF for program resources and development.

Volunteering Benefits:

• Earn a percentage of the total earnings for your club!
  • 0.5% of net proceeds per volunteer shift for clubs located within a 50km radius of Calgary
  • 0.6% of net proceeds per volunteer shift for clubs located outside a 50km radius of Calgary
• Meet and socialize with fellow gymnastics peers in the community
• No experience necessary (training is provided)
• Delicious food and refreshments will be provided during your shift
• Out of town travel and accommodations costs can be reimbursed
