We are excited to partner with the Canadian Centre for Mental Health and Sport (CCMHS) to host three mental health workshops for Alberta Gymnastics Federation (AGF) coaches.

All three workshops are free of charge, 90 minutes in length, and hosted by a CCMHS Learning Facilitator. For each completed workshop, you can earn 2 PD points.

To participate, you are required to create an account to access the live workshops, on the CCMHS-CCSMS Education Hub.
