Our competition is in full swing!
First, high-fives to our Team AB North athletes who returned home from the Arctic Winter Games with 8 medals, including gold in the Team Competition. Congratulations Ainslie, Katelyn, Lola and Maeva!

The next two months will be full of competitions as our athletes all try their best to earn a spot on Team Alberta and travel to Western Canadians Championships in Langley, BC and then Canadians in Gatineau, QC.
Trials to Westerns is being hosted in conjunction with the Exelta Cup March 22-24. The top 7 athletes in level 8 (14 and under), level 8 (15+), level 9 (11-14), level 9 (15+), level 10 (12-15), and level 10 (16+) will make it onto Team Alberta. These teams will compete at Westerns on April 18-20.
Artistic Provincials will take place at the Olympic Oval at the University of Calgary on April 4-7. This competition invites all level 6-10 and High Performance athletes to compete; it’s also the second Trials to Canadians competition for level 9 and 10 athletes.
The third and last Trials to Canadians competition will be held at the Mountain Magic Invitational at Mountain Shadows in Okotoks on May 2-5, 2024.
Lastly, the final AGF sanctioned event of our season will be the Alberta Xcel and Compulsory Championships at the St. Albert Gymnastics Club on May 9-12. All Xcel and Compulsory athletes are invited to attend this event! Get in touch with us at [email protected] for more information.
